Placing Your Order

After you’ve placed your order with MooBuzz® (hereinafter referred to as we, us, and our), we will send you an order confirmation. If you believe you have placed an order but have not received an order confirmation from us, please verify that you have completed the payment process on our website. If you are not sure if you have completed the payment process or if the website is not clear, send us an email at buzz@moobuzz.net.

After we receive and process your order, we will notify you by email when your order has been shipped and you’ll receive a tracking number so that you can track your order every step of the way!

Shipping

We are happy to offer FREE shipping for orders of $35 and over to our USA customers located within the contiguous 49 states, Alaska and Hawaii.

USA orders are fulfilled through USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail or UPS at our discretion. International orders are fulfilled through USPS Priority Mail International and may incur charges over and above the standard shipping charge indicated on our website. You, the customer, are responsible for all shipping charges.  

Please note: MooBuzz® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as “Delivered” via USPS Delivery confirmation. If you would like increased delivery assurance, please select “Signature Confirmation” at checkout.  You will be charged an additional fee of $2.95 (or the current fee charged by the USPS) before your order is shipped.

Once orders are sent out for delivery, we will send an e-mail with your tracking information.

If the purchaser, or the recipient if not they are not the purchaser, refuses a shipment, the purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the shipment to us plus the original shipping charges and for any import fees incurred. This amount will be deducted from the merchandise refund plus a 5% restocking fee. 

In addition, if an order is retuned to us as "return to sender" for any reason, including, but not limited to, "undeliverable" or "unable to forward," we will email the purchaser for updated shipping instructions. If the purchaser provides updated shipping instructions within 14 days of our receipt of the returned package, we will happily re-ship the order and the purchaser will be responsible for the full cost of re-shipping. Depending on the updated shipping information provided to us, the cost of re-shipping the order may increase and the purchaser will be responsible for this entire cost. If we do not receive updated shipping instructions from the purchaser within 14 days of our receipt of the returned order, we will cancel the order and refund the  purchase price of the merchandise less the original cost of shipping.

 Possible Delays

Shipment time is not guaranteed by USPS, UPS, nor by us, and we are not responsible for any delays that do not result from our error. All shipments may encounter delays due to high volume or bad weather that extends beyond the expected delivery estimate provided by the carrier or by us. If your shipment has encountered an issue related to delivery, we recommend calling your local post office for the most up to date information. You can also send us an e-mail at buzz@moobzz.net with your Order Number, Shipping Address and Tracking Number to request our assistance with locating or tracking your shipment.

International Shipping

International shipments are subject to customs procedures leaving the United States and arriving in the destination country which may contribute to delays. While these delays are uncommon, they are a reality of shipping logistics especially with international shipping. Please be advised that tracking scans may no longer update once a shipment has left the U.S.

Orders that are designated for international shipping outside of the U.S. may be subject to additional shipping charges, taxes, customs duties and other fees by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these charges, taxes, duties and other fees.

Cancellations

You may e-mail us at buzz@moobzz.net within 5 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation. Refunds for cancellations are applied once we provide confirmation to you that your order has been cancelled. Please note that we may have to deduct a transaction fee that is not refundable when you cancel your order.
