Refund policy
For purposes of the below policies, MooBuzz® All-Natural Leather Protection, known by its parent company Left Field Productions, LLC, will hereinafter be referred to as we.
REFUND POLICY
- If you change your mind about a MooBuzz® product or products, you have 30 days to initiate the refund or exchange process.
- To begin the return or exchange process, see RETURNS / EXCHANGES. You will need to indicate your order number, the product name, the product delivery date, and the reason for the return or exchange. Products must be unopened or unused.
- Once you have provided us with your order information we will email you a prepaid return mailing label and further instruction so that you can return the unused or unopened products.
- Refunds, less the cost of return shipping, will be made within 10 business days of our receipt of the unused or unopened products. We will issue your refund in the same manner as the original purchase and to the original purchaser only.
- In the event of an exchange, you must return the unused product to us after the return approval is granted. We will refund your purchase price minus the return shipping cost once we receive the unused product. New shipping charges will apply when we send you the new item. You do not need to wait for return approval before placing any new orders.
- We will in no way be responsible or liable for banking irregularities, credit or debit card rules and regulations, banking rules, deposit timelines, account discrepancies, timing of deposits, or delays in reimbursement after we issue your refund.
GUARANTEE POLICY
- If you are dissatisfied with a product, if you received a product that was damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong product, due to our error, we will refund or exchange that product. If you use our provided return label, we will also cover the shipping cost of the return or exchange.
- If you received a damaged or defective product, or if we sent you the wrong product, we ask that you request your refund or exchange within five days of receipt of that product.
- To arrange for a refund or an exchange of a product based on our Guarantee, please follow the RETURNS / EXCHANGES procedure.
- You will need to indicate your order number, the product name, the product delivery date, and the reason for the return or exchange. Please also reference our guarantee.
PRODUCT MISUSE POLICY
- We will in no way, and under no circumstances, be responsible or liable for any type of damages due to the misuse of any MooBuzz® product or for damages resulting from the use of any MooBuzz® product for a purpose or in a manner for which it is not intended.
