As a family-owned and operated business we strive to make premium, no-nonsense and effective products that you’ll want to have in your home or shop. Our goal is to bring you products that will help you maintain and protect the investment you’ve made in quality leather goods.

Despite our commitment to excellence, we know that from time to time we might fall short of your expectations. When that happens, we want to do all we can to make it right for you.

Simply put, we want you to be 100% happy with the MooBuzz® All-Natural Leather Protection products you ordered. If you're not, we'll work with you to get it right.

Want to return or exchange a MooBuzz® product? Here's how to do it:

  1. To begin the return or exchange process, contact us at buzz@moobuzz.net, and write Return or Exchange in the subject line.
  2. In the body of the email, please include: Order number, date of product delivery, product name, and reason for return or exchange. (Order number can be found in the order confirmation email.)
  3. We will email you a return mailing label so that you can return or request exchange of the product. Refund to the original form of payment or product exchange will be made within 10 business days of our receipt of the product(s). Further instructions for an exchange will be included with the return email and return mailing label.
If a return or exchange is made due to dissatisfaction with our product or an error that we made, please tell us in the Return email – and we will correct it. Please also see our Good-Natured Guarantee and Refund Policy for additional information.
